Past Experience

Maverik Stores, Multiple Locations, NM and CO

SMA has completed or is in the process of completing a variety of professional services including Due Diligence Planning, Civil Engineering Design, Traffic Impact Assessments, Geotechnical Reports, ALTA Surveys, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and Construction Administration for more than 20 Maverik sites throughout New Mexico and Colorado.

Center of Recreational Excellence, Hobbs, NM

SMA provided site layout surveying services to the general contractor. The work included building gridlines, storm drainage, utilities, fencing and parking lot development. The recreational facility features an aquatics center, several fitness and equipment areas, an indoor turf field, multi-purpose courts, and a 38-foot tall multi-level adventure course for children.

Residential Development / Subdivision Design

SMA completed the design of multiple residential and commercial property development projects, providing site civil engineering services and design and construction topographic surveying services.

Three Crosses Regional Hospital, Las Cruces, NM

SMA provided site development engineering services for a hospital and the surrounding office/retail/residential/medical campus on a 30-acre parcel. The services included the preliminary and final engineering design for drainage, utilities and internal roadways as well as traffic signal design and intersection upgrades for the main entrance in accordance with DOT standards. Surveying services included subdivision platting, topographic and construction surveying.
